  • Coordinate with an international executive team and employee base (70% of 15,000 division employees are outside the US). Manage complex calendar and travel arrangements for executive traveling 60-80% of the time, largely international, including emerging markets.
  • Ensure President is properly supported in presentations, including Board of Director meetings. Coordinate with public relations and other speech/meeting professionals on visuals and other materials; verify on site preparations before his arrival.
  • Responsible for all logistics/arrangements for 2011 visit of four Tyco International's Board of Directors to United Arab of Emirates. Handled all meeting and travel arrangements, including meetings with local management, an audience with the Ruler of Sharjah and other activities before and after their plant visit. Received Merit Award.
  • Member of core project team for planning and execution of destination Global Leader's Meeting for top 200 leaders. Designed and facilitated meeting with 3rd party vendors, contracts and logistics.
  • Manage division space/facilities, coordinating with Tyco International Facilities Manager as appropriate to handle issues as they arise. Work with departments to forecast employee and contractor needs, proposing and executing space planning strategies.
  • Project team member in search for and identification of new corporate headquarters location when the division was planning its IPO; Worked with an external design firm to ensure space needs were met within parameters of Health, Environment and Safety requirements.
  • Represented the division in managing Tyco International's 2011 United Way Campaign, reaching an unprecedented 100% participation within headquarters; collaborated with other segment representatives to organize Day of Caring event with segment Presidents and employees enforcing the "One Tyco" corporate initiative.
