Word Processor

I have been using Word Processor for many years throughout work and schooling. Mastering the art of creating a professional word document is essential for reports. I have had to use word for a variety of reports through school, as well as creating resumes and cover letters for jobs.   I have taken a class that taught all about the different functions of Microsoft Word 2010. It taught a wide variety of tools, such as: how to format a document for different reports, putting a bibliography at the end, as well as in text citations. Word can be used for almost all types of documents.

Microsoft Office - Excel

I know how to use Excel for a variety of tasks. I can create cash sheets to balance out profits. I also can use Excel to create a list of changes with graphs. I know how to put formulas in a column and use them throughout my work. Another way I can use Excel is through creating a general journal and transfering it into different balance sheets. This makes it clear to see where a company is spending and earning money.
