I recently graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's Degree in French with Minors in both International Studies and Education. During my collegiate experience I worked in Residence Life for three years as a Resident Advisor where I learned how to build community, plan events, and so much more. During my senior year at Ohio State I had the opportunity to be a Public Relations Intern with the OSU Reach Suicide Prevention campaign on our campus. This gave me my first experience managing a social networking page for an organization. I also began interning with Make A Difference Day Ohio where I am currently their facebook and flickr page administrator and also have the opportunity to assist in the writing of emails, informational materials, and items for the web site. Those two experiences have shown me that I want to make non-profits and PR my focus for my future career. After I have sharpened the skills I learned during my undergraduate career in the working world I plan to return to school and work towards my Master's in Public Administration where I can eventually either run or start my own non-profit organization that can benefit as many people as possible.
