I currently manage a team of four underwriters specializing in contractor's license bonds in the state of California.  In doing so, I continuously develop, revise and implement underwriting guidelines for my team. I also track market trends in order to make decisions on pricing, timing and delivery strategies.  In addition, I work with upper management on the development and launch of new programs and product lines.  Lastly, I conduct daily data reviews to make sure that all business is booked correctly and in compliance with filed rates.
