  • Signed on 55 new partners as a Team Lead (totaling 299 total Peek partners ).

  • Despite only selling 50% of my time, I was consistently #1 or #2 on the team for both total number of units sold and total revenue generated (30 sales reps).

  • Helped create and currently running new hire training program for our satellite office in Utah. Trained all new AEs (17 people) and managing a small team.

  • Helped with recruiting / interviewing. Ran 27 interviews total over Q1, 2016.

  • Created and continue to lead Peek's now ongoing Partner Appreciation Days.

  • Pioneered Peek's Road Warrior Program: Spent 5 months road-tripping down the Western Coast of Florida solo, running in-person meetings, and building out 8 new markets.
