In May 2014 the opportunity to join a new team within the Building Control Group at the Christchurch City Council presented itself. Continuing my experience with the Building Administration Team, this role allowed me to expand my knowledge of the New Zealand building industry. This was a front facing customer services role for building, planning, liquor licensing, enforcement and LIMS. During my time in this team I have also been part of the complaints resolutions team, ensuring customer enquiries and issues are adhered to in a timely manner. I then filled an urgent position within the team (which is my current position) as an Information Quality Assurance Officer in May 2015. During this time I have been a 2IC while my manager has been on annual leave.
