About Jessanna Buschur

A graduate of Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism, Jessanna Buschur received her bachelor of science and was on the dean’s list. She is presently an assistant general manager at American Eagle Outfitters, overseeing team members, merchandising, and payroll management. She previously wrote feature articles about international students for the Bluffton Icon and produced weekly radio segments for WBWH, Bluffton University’s radio station. A world traveler, Jessanna Buschur interned at Mephisto, a radio station in Leipzig, Germany, where she produced news segments, wrote and filmed blogs, and collaborated with German journalists.

She has played tennis, her favorite sport, for nearly 10 years. Ms. Buschur also practices kickboxing several times a week for its unique mix of cardio workout, self-defense, and martial arts. A practiced musician, she has been involved with choirs since grade school, and she can play the French horn, trumpet, and piano. To relax, Jessanna V. Buschur enjoys reading and writing to develop her journalistic skills.
