Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television | Canadian Screen Awards

I pursued a role at the Academy with aims to apply my digital media skill set towards the promotion of Canadian talent in the fields of film, TV and digital media. 

Project Management: Working closely with vendors, graphic designers, writers, videographers, producers, printers, event planners and internal departments to coordinate the delivery of multiple projects on a tight deadline. Projects include the creation of a theatrical trailer, an 136 page Program Book and a visual database showcasing over 700 nominee headshots and bios.

Marketing Campaigns: Responsible for building brand identity and online social following growth, social media campaigns, community management, email campaigns, promotional materials and on-camera hosting of live stream red carpet events. Succeeded in growing social following by over 10,000 followers on both Facebook and Twitter within 2 years.

Website Development: Coordinated the launch of new website in 6 weeks. Designed mockups, worked closely with developers, coordinated data entry of over 700 nominee materials. Maintaining and updating the Wordpress site, as well as troubleshooting, quality control, meeting sponsor and departmental requirements.
