Remedy Change Management Administrator / Technical Specialist III Responsible for startup, installation, and administration of the Remedy Change Management system (Remedy Action Request System). Administered change tickets for proper setup and notification process. Chaired weekly companywide change control meeting. Assisted users in opening tickets and coordinated process flow to completion.
