Concord, Ca. Received, analyzed and approved all accounts payable(AP) invoices and charge card spending by operations units. Implemented new department accounting method for fleet consumable expenses. Changed operating culture and vendor relations from running on credit cards and paying full retail to having vendors join the team and be vested in our success. Established 25 new regional revolving credit accounts with all Minority Business Enterprise(MBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise vendors and renegotiated payment terms that placed $1.2M directly to Profit and Loss Statement bottom line(P&L). This prevented cease and desist orders by California Highway Patrol(CHP) due to previous terminal violations and failed compliance.
