Maintaines student attendance records, grades, and other required records.
Advises students on academic and vocational curricula, and on career issues.
Evaluates and grades students’ class work, assignments, and papers.
Keeps abreast of developments through current literature and attending conferences.
Argumentation - This course is a study of argumentation. Emphasis is placed on research, analysis of propositions, testing of evidence, construction of the brief, and preparation for presentation of constructive and refutation cases.
Oral Communication - This course is an introduction to speechmaking. Emphasis is placed on the skills required to organize and deliver a variety of types of speeches. Students give several speeches with and without visual aids.
