Argumentation - This course is a study of argumentation. Emphasis is placed on research, analysis of propositions, testing of evidence, construction of the brief, and preparation for presentation of constructive and refutation cases.

Oral Communication - This course is an introduction to speechmaking. Emphasis is placed on the skills required to organize and deliver a variety of types of speeches. Students give several speeches with and without visual aids.
