- Business Development for France: Search of operational and financial partners.
- Driving the strategic partnership between Better Place and Renault: Negotiation of all contracts related to the partnership and new partnership for Australia, France and ZOE.
- Program management: Launch of the product in Israel and Denmark, respecting Qual-ity/Cost/Timing constraints.
- Management of multicultural teams.
- Development of partnership with SNCF, ADP and G7 taxi for a project of electric taxis in Paris.

- Management of Renault-Nissan Business Unit: 970M$, Strategy development.

- Gain of major businesses: engine management(1B$ life time), air conditioning(300M$ life time).

- Drive functions and sites related to the account: R&D, Production, Quality, Sales, Finance.

- Improvement of communication between product lines commercial teams(15 account managers) to promote synergies.

- Organization of sales activities for all divisions (7) for the French customers (Renault, PSA Peugeot Citroën).
- Negotiator and driver of the Master Agreement PSA-Delphi “Innovation Plan” leading to significant growth of revenues.
- Improvement of “sales pipeline”: RFQ received/won business.
