Portfolio

The items below represent a sampling of past work I have done.

The item titled Tutorial, is a video I created while at Ellucian, Inc., in specific response to a frequently recurring need for functionality not included in the baseline SharePoint product.  While intended for my particular audience, the need is one experienced by many SharePoint administrators.  I could find no tutorial like it, and so I took the initiative to create one.   Though SharePoint continues to advance in versions, this video has been viewed over 30,000 times, and remains relevant to many today.  I continue to receive notes of thanks from people, even far beyond my intended audience.

The item titled Portal is a video which offers a glimpse of a Student, Faculty and Staff gateway Portal produced during my leadership at Southern New Hampshire University.  The portal, branded as mySNHU, is the resulting product of a successful implementation and adoption of Microsoft SharePoint.  I feel the video effectively illustrates my accomplishments in integrating a multitude of different services, developed in various and disparate codebases, into one cohesive platform.  Please consider while viewing this video that it was targeted toward users of the system, and is representative of their perspective.  The video was recorded during my employment with the university and may not showcase the latest iteration of the portal system.

The item titled Code links to a GitHub repository which contains various code samples of work I have done. It is frequently updated.
