Vice President Development (2012 - Present)

Support strategic planning, identify and analyze acquisition opportunities, negotiate transactions and package deals for clients and the company.  Conduct financial modeling, and support the execution of the transaction, acquisition or disposition. Knowledge of entire development process from finance, acquisitions, investments, marketing, leasing, sales, site selection, construction, partnership agreements, legal, etc. Perform financial analysis/modeling, cash flow projections, and spreadsheet analysis in Excel and real estate analytical tools. The Center of Hope/ Redevelop 378,144 sf/ Five Phases Hospital/ Retail/ Commercial/ Multi-family/ Development Budget: $156 million/ Status: Pre-development phase, Need to determine if the concept is feasible by completing a Development Analysis Book (DAB).   Feasibility consists of environmental impact, key stakeholder support, availability of financing, and economic sustainability.

Village Chateaublond/ 300 Residential units located on 20 acres near Petion-ville overlooking Port of Prince, Haiti/ Development Budget: $40 million/ Status: Pre-development phase, currently seeking a first responder investor to cover a significant portion of the total predevelopment cost.

Construction Project Manger/ Engineer (2005 -2012)

Responsibilities included site selection and due diligence, securing the correct zoning and entitlements, selecting contractors, and creating a working schedule and budget. As the owner's representative on-site, ensured the project was built to the owner's exact specifications, and managed scheduling contractors, processing change orders, and progress payments and submit reports to the owner with updates on the progress and costs of the project.
