  • Screened all candidates through initial phone interviews, face to face interviews, reference and background checks, drug screens and physicals.
  • Extended job offers and assisted with terminations and layoffs.
  • Oriented new hires, and assisted them with the completion of all necessary paperwork (I-9, W-4, company policies, and employment contract).
