Acted as a tester for new company software, responsible for making sure that the automated systems that ACS is putting in place for processing is working correctly.

Responsible for receiving many tests a day and making sure that the system is working properly so that the student can receive their financial assistance for the proper amount and in the proper time.

Went the extra mile to greet customers, make them feel welcome and encourage customers to learn about their financial needs.  Trained all new employees in company policies, processes, and how to be a positive and professional representative of  Wells Fargo. Went the extra mile to learn how to complete the tasks of a higher up posistion for promotion or if needed to assist while manager was out. Filed and shipped out any paper work that needed to be sent to other locations. Recieved awardes for my customer service and was hand picked by the manager to represent our location for customer services.
