Oversee and manage shipping direct customer retail orders and domestic wholesale orders. Responsible for invoicing and shipping international wholesale orders from several of our international warehouses. Coordinate the shipment of goods from our manufacturers to each of our international warehouses for order fulfillment Responsible for answering all customer service questions and issues through email, phone, chat and social media sites. Provide consumer feedback to our design team and mitigate issues that arise for customers. Review submissions for sample requests and following up with those who have received product and will be publishing about the items.

Konaloha Coffee Company

Family business that began with the purchase of a 5-acre coffee farm in Hawaii. Lead the creation of the brand's vision and continue to ensure uniformity of this brand. Designed and created all graphics and marketing materials. Have been an integral part in making decisions for how to grow and sustain this businesses through promotions, events and selection of retailers. The company is thriving from sales at over 35 stores throughout California and online.

Service Learning Intern

Humboldt State University
As a part of a 5 person team, promoted service learning on campus to students and faculty. Recruited over 1,200 volunteers for over 30 events. Coordinated and planned an annual service event for 300 students to volunteer at over 30 community agencies, bi-annual food drives, monthly volunteer opportunity events with local non-profits and coordinated 8 volunteer agency fairs. Presented hunger awareness curriculum and taught poster making to four 5th grade classrooms, presented a literacy service learning project to a 3rd grade classroom, created a cookbook using commodity foods for the local food bank. Created and implemented a Plant-a-Row for the Hungry Campaign at local elementary schools to promote garden based education and created a website and wiki to serve as a resource for educators.

Internship - Public Affairs (Enterprise Community Development)

State Farm Insurance
Internship at State Farm’s Corporate Headquarters. Worked within the Enterprise Community Development team on leveraging State Farm Bank’s investments and sponsorships. Co-lead a project based on a partnership between State Farm Bank and Univision, a prominent Spanish TV network, to host and coordinate a series of eleven Financial Literacy Town Halls for Latino communities across the country. Collaborated with marketing, legal, public affairs and bank executives throughout the company to plan and execute these town halls. Attended and co-coordinated the initial event in New York City.
