Coordinate the launch of 3 new websites (one for each property) along with the implementation of 3 booking engines each in up to 6 languages. The continuous analysis of the customer’s behavior in order to optimize sales in each market segment. The planning, design, distribution and reporting of strategic promotions to increase sales in desired market segments. The pursuit of media opportunities that best represented the placement of each of the three properties and the negotiation of our ad space within various media partners. Overseeing the Social media, google adword and analytics accounts for all 3 properties.

Assist in the launch of a brand concept, elaborating advertorials for multiple resorts; participate in themedia relations programme while receiving journalists, potential investors, and local representatives within both 5* properties. Participate in the launch of 2 resort websites, social media campaigns landing pages and mailings. Preparing monthly reports evaluating online media actions for both resorts.

In order to develop skills by applying theory to practical work situations and test myaptitude for various sections within a hotel, all before making a permanent commitment, I completed multiple internships within diverse sections of 4 and 5 star hotels. I feel that, while brief, these experiences allowed me to identify how my strenghths and weaknesses could prove to be assets to the Sales & Marketing Team of a hotel. Furthermore my contact with the daily operation of the hotel allows me to understand the overall workflow  and service procedures of fundamental departments within a Hotel.
