My goals are to find a career start in Recruiting/Staffing where I can learn the fundamentals of Human Resources.  From there I would like to move into a more defined role of Human Resources and grow from there within the company.  I think of it as planting a seed, (Me), and watching it grow.  I am looking for a start in the field of Human Resources Management.

Eager to change careers and get her feet wet!  Bachelor of Science degree graduate with a major in Human Resources and a minor in Operations & Logistics.

“Jennifer was an outstanding student at The University of Findlay. Her contributions to class discussions were insightful and relevant. In addition, Jennifer always wanted to learn beyond was going to be on the test. She had the desire to integrate each of the classes into her knowledge base and make the connection between functional areas of business. Her maturity was beyond her years. It does not surprise me that she is already making her mark in the business world.” May 11, 2010

Bob Rustic

“In the classroom,Jennifer is an exceptional student. She consistently works at an A level. She demonstrates her knowledge of the subject matter in class discussions, actively leads and participates in class debates, and has an excellent attendance record. She is able to make the connection between the theoretical “textbook material” and the “real world”. It is normal for her to go well beyond the average for assignments. Jennifer is the type of student who accepts responsibility freely and then carries out the assignment in a very professional manner. She always maintains a high degree of “professionalism “and integrity in her work. She is a delightful person, with a quick smile and a very friendly disposition. I believe she has the proper "grounding “to be successful at whatever she attempts.” May 14, 2010
