Marketing and Digital Sales Intern

  • Assisted both creatively and strategically in the relations between Sony Music's digital sales team and Spotify, as a creative consultant and designer for Sony's Spotify channel Filtr
  • Rebranded and designed icons for multiple existing playlists, including typeface, graphics and creative direction
  • Pitched, designed and launched new playlists
  • Designed ad banners featured on the homepage and sidebars
  • Rebranded playlist titles according to target audience demographics and through understanding consumer behavior and effective marketing techniques
  • Compiled media spreadsheets of Sony artists to be sent directly to Spotify- organised internal data from Columbia, RCA and Epic Records
  • Attended meetings with the digital sales and marketing team that allowed insight into the marketing strategies for artists, promotion of media appearances, launch dates for campaigns and revenue analysis.
