Educated patients on procedures and preparation for tests.  Maintained a fully scheduled, in-house ultrasound lab, providing the Dr's with exactly what they had ordered for our well informed patients.   Possessing the required level of tolerance and patience needed to communicate well with mostly elderly(hard of hearing) patient base.
