Built a global sales CRM and marketing database to support direct and indirect sales channel and business opportunity development for North America, Middle East, North Africa and Southeast Asia. Authored and managed Perceptics’ global Channel Partner Development and Sales Processes to support increased distribution channels and adhere to ISO standards. Using our Sales CRM, I developed a closed-loop lead generation process, monitoring how specific marketing activities translate to sales pipeline and forecast reports. Set forth market growth strategies, including marketing/sales budget requirements and monitored spends to required parameters.
