Regional Learning and Development Officer
Deliver soft skills and management training for local staff and UK diplomats based at posts within the Central/North American and Caribbean regions.
Contributes to the design and development of training curriculum. Ensures that staff has the opportunity to receive the required training and development.
Monitors the implementation of learning and development strategy in line with the business plan and performance.
Implements revisions to course materials as necessary to improve training effectiveness.
Assists in running needs assessments and skills gap analysis as and when required.
Exchanges information on design changes and share experiences with other officers and managers within the network.
