Processing application and re-appointments for medical staff of 500+ members. verifying education, licensure and hospital affiliations. Obtaining letter of reference Verifying DEA, Licensure and coverage of liability insurance monthly. 

Phone calls, use of fax machine/scanning and email on a daily basis. Reconciliation of the corporate credit card through Concur Solutions. 

Processing applications and re-appointments for 3 surgery centers; billing and records maintenance. 

Programs used: Morrisey online, Microsoft Office 2010 products, internet research/usage Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Created a streamlined process for our monthly reappointment mailings using mail merge and converting several documents into one cutting the time for the process in half.

Monthly monitoring of Office of Inspector General (OIG) sanctions and re-reinstatement, Washington Medicare Opt-outs and monitoring of all actions taken by the Washington State Department of Health. 

Knowledge of HIPPA compliance and confidentiality required. 

Attendance of various medical staff meetings, occasional minutes taken.
