  • Develop and execute creation/issuance of proposals, tenders, budgets, cash flows, preliminary schedules as well as track and manage the quality of work performed by installers/sub tiers
  • Implement issuance of contracts, letters of intent, warranties, purchase orders and work tickets/certificates for general contractors and clients
  • Coordinate and manage over 150 projects with Warner Brothers Studio Facilities for the fiscal year 2013-2014; contracts ranged from $75,000-$150,000 with profit percentages of 30-40% to SCS Flooring Systems
  • Coordinate a $1.5 million project with San Diego State University Storm and Nasatir Hall during the 2013-2014 fiscal year; finish of 25% profit for SCS Flooring Systems
