Designed and executed innovative marketing strategies, which significantly improved station’s ratings, recognition and revenues.  Spearheaded creative direction for all promotional campaigns and on-air strategies including setting superior quality standards to maximize on-air impact. Built and led team of 6 in all promotions and production activities. Built and managed Master Control department.Monitored commercial projects to assist in development of highly effective mass media messages for clients. Wrote and produced majority of station’s award-winning custom promos, personally handled/oversaw daily promo placement, executed media buys and managed budget. Created FOX 44 Kids News revenue-generating program opening opportunities for students aged 13 to 16 to have hands-on experience in producing content for broadcast. Elected to FOX Broadcasting's Promotional Advisory Council. Served as Secretary. Served on Board of Directors for Champlain Valley Crimestoppers. Maintained fixed and mobile studio facilities. Member of station’s Building Committee tasked to find new site for studios.

Operated and maintained audio, video, transmitter, and satellite equipment. Filled in as news audio engineer and studio camera operator as needed. Periodically directed taped news segments and live weather updates. Served as Technical Director during weather updates. Managed switching from programming to commercials and ensured feeds were of top broadcast quality. Rotated through news, promotions and film departments expanding industry knowledge. FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit holder.
