Enabled Mobile Sales Force:Equipped sales force with mobile devices that provide access to key customer and loan data from their home and on the road. Built support group which made sales more effective by creating and managing custom marketing campaigns, supplying marketing materials, and assisting their customers with technical and marketing questions. Tripled the average loan volume per salesperson between 2001 and 2004.
Made Technology Matter:Bridged the gap between business and technology by equipping the IT leaders with deep insight into the business goals and needs, and by helping them develop solutions that were both useful and usable. Encouraged sponsorship and ownership of IT projects and concerns by business leaders to ensure success. Inspired and championed key projects including a new loan origination system, an expanded data center and infrastructure design, and a web-enabled rules engine for underwriting, compliance, and pricing.
