RECRUITMENT- SOURCING MARKETING ASSISTANT MANAGER, 2006- Present, Makati – Philippines is a leading innovator in off shoring BPO industry provider with operations

in North America and Asia-Pacific, and recently begun its operations in the Philippines.

Designed and developed the master blueprint of the company’s Recruitment and Selection start-up process. Handles fast paced and high-volume manpower acquisition. Directly reporting to the CEO/President and leads two Recruitment Associates.

Key Contributions:

  • Interview, pre-qualify, negotiate offers and recruited positions for IT/Tehcnical Support Engineers, Customer Service/Call Center Agents and Staff to Managerial Positions.
  • Increased and helped grow business staffing needs by 80% recruiting contribution.
  • Pionered the Offshore Tele-Recruiting request, which yielded more manpower requisition contracts and staffing needs.
  • Created and developedthe applicant tracking system which lowers down the application traffic and maximize the utilization resume bank
  • Implement cost effective sourcing projects (e.g. Dollar-reward ERP) for identifying high quality talent in response to staffing at all levels.

Personal Profile

Born Dec. 27, 1984 and was raised in Bulacan Philippines. I had my first exposure in the Call Center – BPO industry during my on-the-job training. I also took the TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language) above average passer mark, to further enhance my communication skills as it was needed during training. After I graduated from college, that same company offered me my first recruitment job. My hard work paid off when I was sent to Singapore and attended series of trainings and seminar-workshops.

I strive to be a seasoned recruiter with over three years of experience, who found distinct thrill in creating connections and working in a fast-paced customer service profession.

Today, I’m an engaging, ambitious, self-motivated professional who has a flair for talent and having a positive mindset.
