Jeffrey Rosolio has over 25 years of experience in human resources and organizational development. He has served as a human resources executive in a variety of industries including information technology, telecommunications, systems integration, software engineering, civil engineering, architecture and local government. Prior to joining Integral Systems, Inc., Mr. Rosolio held the position of vice president of human resources on the executive teams of INDUS Corporation, Datazen Corporation, e.spire Communications, and I-NET, Inc. During the last 18 years, the focus of Mr. Rosolio's professional experience has been in the information technology and telecommunications industries. He has worked extensively with companies that provided a wide array of information technology solutions and telecom products and services including local and wide area networks, long distance service, local dial tone, data transport, video teleconferencing, internet connectivity, web hosting, Internet telephony, and customer acquisition solutions. Mr. Rosolio was responsible for creating, implementing, and directing all facets of the human resources program for these companies in support of managers and employees across the nation and overseas. Mr. Rosolio holds a Master of Science in Public Administration from the George Washington University and graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
