About Jeffrey Wimsatt

Veterinarian Dr. Jeffrey Wimsatt serves West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia, as professor in its School of Medicine and as director of its Office of Lab Animal Resources. In these positions, he manages animal welfare issues related to the animals under care of West Virginia University. Additionally, Dr. Jeffrey Wimsatt conducts original research that has been published in such outlets as the American Journal of Primatology, the Journal of Wildlife Diseases, and many others.
