Jeffrey Marque additionally conducted post-doctoral research in Japan and at Cornell University concerning the dynamics of protein molecules. Marque also studied physics at Reed College in Portland, Oregon, where he functioned as Concertmaster in the school’s orchestra . In addition, Marque studied chamber music at San Francisco Conservatory of Music on a full scholarship. Active professionally in engineering and physics, Jeffrey Marque belongs to the Institute of Noise Control Engineering and to the American Physical Society. Believing in the importance of giving back, Marque has aided the Interfaith Hospitality Network for more than five years and volunteered at his local food bank. Jeffrey Marque financially assists Old First Concerts in San Francisco.
