·Served as leader to design, develop, and implement the HPD (Horton Product Development) process for three levels of project management.

·Monitored and updated HPD process to meet QS-9000 and TS16949 requirements.Received special recognition from TS auditor for “note worth effort” in the development of the project management system.

·Presented management, divisional locations, and steering committees with a customer strategy that resulted in awarded a 2007 diesel engine EGR program.

·Managed divisional locations (Canton, SD; Charleston, SC; Stuttgart, Germany) and global cross-functional teams with 5-20 people to meet program targets on two EGR programs with program budgets of over $2M each.

·Served as liaison for Behr during the sale of the Canton production facility which resulted in uninterrupted product delivery to the customers.
