Jeffrey B. Rubinstein, M.D., F.A.C.S., graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and subsequently completed postgraduate training in general surgery at Abington Hospital. Afterward, Dr. Jeffrey B. Rubinstein pursued a residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at the University of Pennsylvania and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. In the 1980s, he relocated to Northern Kentucky, where he began practicing medicine at St. Elizabeth Healthcare. Jeffrey B. Rubinstein, M.D., F.A.C.S., continues to treat patients through this office, offering a full range of services, including ear tubes, endoscopic sinus surgery, and ear drum testing. In addition, he provides treatment for ear infections, skin tumors, sleep apnea, and sinus allergies. Many patients also come to Dr. Jeffrey B. Rubinstein because of the facial plastic surgery techniques he utilizes in nasal surgery.

Outside of work, Jeffrey B. Rubinstein, M.D., F.A.C.S., demonstrates an unwavering commitment to communities in need. He regularly donates to local fire and police departments. In 2011, he purchased calling cards for armed forces personnel serving in Iraq and Afghanistan to enable them to communicate with their families and loved ones. Recreationally, Dr. Rubinstein enjoys a wide range of sports, from swimming and playing tennis to horseback riding. He is passionate about personal fitness and has competed in multiple running events, one of which benefited the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
