Developed and managed organization’s strategic plan. Leading brand marketing, public relations, fundraising, finance, accounting, business intelligence, technology, and donor relations.

  • Created comprehensive media and marketing materials and built potential donor list of 20K names, 1500 active supporters/volunteers, and 500 donors within 12 months.
  • Reduced operating costs by $120K per year, increased student applications by 125%, and increased donations by 20% by scouting and leading campus relocation from Colorado Springs to Philadelphia. 
  • Generated 99.995% system uptime for 150 users over 5-year period and saved hundreds of thousands of dollars in IT costs by planning and implementing 3 SaaS solutions.

  • Saved $2 million in first year and $1+ million annually, catapulted productivity, and brought former level of employee usage of ERP system from just 20% to 90% by reassessing technology needs, replacing vendor, and creating complete, fully redundant client-server solution.
