2010 Provided high level management oversight assisting with logistics, personnel and equipment staging, sourcing sub-contractors as well as contract negotiations.

Captain Firefighter

Responded to various medical and fire emergencies. Strike team leader on strike teams for various Southern California wildfires. Responsible for confined space rescue team and hazardous chemical responses with our response area.

Lead multiple emergency response teams to various train derailments throughout the United States for Hulcher Services. Immediate stabilization as well as setting up mobile environmental monitoring equipment with CTEH. Established evacuation zones and exclusions zones as well as managed remediation activities post emergency response.

Bentonville, Arkansas 2001 - Initial response for a mixing room fire that involved arsenic contamination. Responded with with initial team which transitioned into a major remediation response including gross decontamination and final remediation activities.

Tropical Storm Allison

Houston, Texas 2001 - responded to various medical facilities in the Texas Medical Center for the purpose of removing hazardous materials prior to clean-up crews entering facilities for general cleaning activities. Removed compressed gas cylinders, radiation sources and critical medical research records and equipment.
