Since 2004, real estate professional Jeffrey Klein of Newport Beach, California has acted as a managing member or co-managing member of several high-profile development projects, including the Queen Mary in Long Beach, California, the Snowmass Ski Resort in Aspen, Colorado and the Malibu Country Club. Holding a bachelor of science in history and a minor in finance from the University of Southern California, Jeffrey Klein spent the early years of his real estate career as the owner of Klein Properties, Ltd. There, he oversaw land acquisitions and development on behalf of the Giumarra Vineyards Corporation, the majority owner of his company.
Aside from his work with the Queen Mary and other Southern California real estate projects, Jeffrey Klein led for three years as Managing Director of VisionMaker Worldwide, a group of ex-Disney executives tasked with developing theme parks and resorts across the world, including the Four Seasons Resort in Costa Rica. During his time with the company, he initiated theme park projects in Qatar and Shanghai. He also continues to serve as principal of EN-ERGY Concepts, LLC, a solar projects developer with operations in the United States, Mexico, and Ghana.
