Senior executive of Iron Mountain (NYSE: IRM).  Company is $3+ billion provider of professional business services including information management, records management and data protection services to clients in North America, Europe, Latin America, and the Asia/Pacific. Successfully established an industry business unit to grow profitable revenue in the public sector, an attempt that two predecessors had failed to achieve. Responsibility includes all core executive leadership and general management of the government services subsidiary (IMGS) with $35+ million in annual revenue.

  • Identified the opportunity for additional revenue growth in the public sector for Iron Mountain's products and services.  Led the development and successful presentation of a public sector business plan that secured $10M in initial investment over three (3) years.
  • Created an overlay global account program to leverage existing marketing, sales, and service delivery capabilities resulting in increased productivity, revenues, and margin performance.
  • Led development of strategic plan and executive briefings to communicate business plan execution to the Board, Chairman, CEO, COO, and CFO of the company.
  • Provided strategic vision, developed business model, built a high-performance team that drove execution of the approved business plan, and cultivated new client relationships.
  • Generated $15+ million in new recurring annual revenue; new business opportunities to drive $25+ million in new recurring annual revenues in 2009
  • .  Led the successful Capital Committee approval for additional investment in storage facility capacity across North America.

In addition to my  responsibilities leading Iron Mountain Government Services Incorporated, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends engaged in a variety of activities that include: golf, tennis, bicycling, boating of any kind, wine tasting, gourmet cooking and learning more about making better BBQ using ovens, grills, and smokers (see www.iprobbq.com for more information). 

I also enjoy working as a volunteer in my community supporting the Boy Scouts organization, raising money for the benefit of children through the Caring for Children Charity (see www.floridawinefest.org for more information), and raising money for the benefit of people suffering from Chronic Kideny Disease through the iCompassion Charity (see www.icompassion.org for more information)

I also enjoy a wide variety of music and watching movies when I have time.  My goal is to enjoy the pasage of time with family and friends and to build lasting relationships that become the measure of my success in life.
