Summary

Jeff is a natural salesman.  He started his career selling advertising for local newspapers, and then moved into broadcasting, selling radio commercials, writing ad copy, and also became an on-air personality.  He has been in the Hospitality Industry since 1983, as a Sales Rep for RCA, GE, and TLC, earning national honors with all 3 companies.  Jeff helped increase market share steadily for 20 years, selling and Lease financing PBX Telephone systems, Guest Reservation systems, Satellite TV systems, heating and cooling, Interior Design and Furnishings.

 Jeff is personable, sharp, articulate, and persuasive. He is a team leader and a team player.  Jeff has been self-employed since 2001, selling Interior Designs and Furnishings to the Hospitality Industry.  Jeff also hosts community charity fundraisers, and moonlights producing music jingles for commercial broadcast.

1994 – 2000:  Telerent Leasing Corp. 

Regional Sales Rep.  Sold Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment and Lease-Financing to Hotels.  Top 10 National Sales every year.  Averaged $5,000,000.00 in leasing and sales annually.  Responsible for all aspects of the Sale: finding leads, making proposals, demonstrating products, reviewing Budgets with clients, assisting Interior Design Team with presentations, coordinating Factory shipments with Hotel Installations, and assisting Accounts Receivables. 

1989 – 1994:    Resort Systems, Inc. 

President.  Sold Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment to Hotels. This was my first company.  My wife was the Interior Designer.  Our Divorce ended this company. 

 1982 – 1989:    RCA

Regional Sales Rep.  Sold Electronic Equipment to Hotels, including telephone systems, reservation systems, and televisions.  This was my first Outside B2B Sales experience.  I was National Sales Rookie of the Year, National Salesman of the Year 2 years later, and ranked in the Top 10 in National Sales every year.

1975 – 1982:    WEER FM

Radio Announcer; Music Director; Advertisement Sales, Copywriter, Producer.  This is where I perfected my Public Speaking skills.  I hosted my own show for 7 years, selecting the music to be broadcast, and engineering the program.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:

 Sold over $75,000,000.00 worth of products to the Hotel Industry. 

 Have written and produced radio commercials for KFC, Firestone, and dozens of local companies.  Currently producing background music for TV and Radio commercials.
