Below are clips taken from an original radio documentary series I created during  my time at Center for New North Carolinians. I produced the episodes with the help of a time-constrained student staff, a limited budget, and no prior experience.  I will let it stand as an example of what my leadership, creativity, and writing skills have to offer.

The purpose of the show was to give the immigrants and refugees in our region a platform from which to tell their stories.  The following are the introductions to each show whose runtime was generally 45 minutes.

To begin a career in radio production with an emphasis on documentary and news stories

Digital Audio Editing
I edited each episode of New North Carolinian Voices in Adobe Audition 1.5 because the university station we aired from used it. In film school, I was trained on ProTools and Final Cut Pro. I have also used the open-source software Audacity and GarageBand, and feel comfortable picking up editing systems.
