Group Exercise Instructor/Cyclist
For the last several years I have enjoyed teaching indoor cycling and have translated this skill onto the outdoor road. I have a double certification with Schwinn Cycling and Johnny G Cycling. Creating a fusion of the two theories, I believe in the indoor cycling experience, not just a single ride. I have created hundreds of custom rides and continue to enjoy teaching this class in Chicago, Illinois. In addition I have years of experience in teaching high intensity boot camp classes, triathlon training, indoor treadmill training classes, abs/core classes, and total body conditioning.

Certified with the American Council on Exercise, I have been training clients for two years in addition to teaching group exercise classes. My philosophy includes circuit-training, endurance training, depending on the client's preferences. I have extensive experience helping individuals achieve their goals including endurance athletes, including marathoners and triathletes, senior citizens, and beginners. 


With a degree in Advertising and Public Relations and multiple marketing internships, I decided to enter the field of higher education and began work on my mater's degree at Loyola University Chicago in August 2010. I currently work as a graduate assistant in the office Student Activities & Greek Affairs focusing primarily on a pilot late-night programming initiative for the lake shore campus. My goals include gaining experience in conduct, residence life, and a Dean's area to someday enter a university administrative position.
