Interim VP HR and Chief Strategist

Main responsibilities & Key achievements:

Interim VP HR: 

  • Formulated the strategy for HR, starting with transforming HR to be data-driven (people analytics), utilising recruitment marketing tactics and implementing the role of HRBP in the Delivery division 
  • Updated the bonus system for agents within the Delivery to support the division's objectives
  • Formulated and implemented a career ladder for agents within the Delivery to secure higher retention 
  • Created buy-in with the management team to allocate budget for the formulation of our employee value proposition. Project leader for the Employer branding project
  • Overall responsible for piloting the new on-boarding process, with focus on the content and experience

Performance management: 

  • Formulate a process for Driving change deliberately towards our strategic goals, from strategy formulation to execution. Process is implemented in all divisions and centers.
  • Design and facilitate workshops for management team and divisional strategy planning
  • Updated the process for performance appraisals

Business development: 

  • Conduct primary and secondary research investigations to evaluate the potential of the Sharing Economy sector as driver of growth
  • Translate findings and analyses into a framework to facilitate decision making on how and where to enter this market
  • Provide the sales team with contacts within Sharing economy
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure that product development is consistent with market insights

Projects: 

  • Project leader for our new "Corporate brand platform" following the merger with the company ioSquare. Brand purpose, promise, values, foundations and new visual identity.

Chief Product Officer/Transformation manager

Besedo, Stockholm

Main responsibilities & Key achievements: 

  • Following a re-organization, responsible to build the Innovation & Development division with a strong product team as well as growing the development team. Interim responsible for inbound marketing
  • Qualitative analysis of the competition, leading to identify the most critical risk: lack of in-house competences in term of deep learning, semantic analysis, highly accurate automation. This led to Besedo acquiring the French tech company ioSquare. 
  • Project leader of the post-merger integration
  • Grew and stabilised the Stockholm dev team and built a dev team in Romania 
  • Implemented agile product management process with emphasis on discovery, user testing and feedback loop
  • Defining and iterating on our go-to-market and pricing
  • Oversaw the marketing launch plan for new SaaS product (Implio): product name and logo, website, persona research, tonality and messaging, event planning and execution, content building
  • First release of our SaaS product and on-boarding of our first clients: over 10 millions jobs going through Implio

 Daily collaboration with HRBP for recruitment tactics, employees development and critical capabilities fulfilment.

Chief Operating Officer

Main responsibilities & Key achievements:

  • Overall responsible for Besedo global operations. The operational workforce, close to 500 employees, is distributed in 5 centres
  • Set-up and implemented the "Operational Effectiveness Program", a change program leading to an increased efficiency with 30% globally and resulting in an increase of 4.2% in gross margin
  • Set-up a team to develop and improve in-house tools to increase efficiency and quality of the manual workforce (QA tool, Besedo Assisting Reviewing Tool, post-moderation tool...)
  • Coached the ops leaders for improved behaviours and results 
  • Improved the recruitment process in collaboration with HR, taking a data informed approach, utilising tests such as Cubiks and competence-based interview
  • Improved global service fulfillments KPIs from 76% to 84%

Close support to the CEO throughout Besedo's reorganisation to support a shift from services to a product focus.

  • Setting and implementing tactical headcount plans for Ericsson's global service delivery workforce (80 000 employees) to reach financial and related operational targets
  • Drive right mix between local and global delivery according to strategic program (50% offshoring program)
  • Analyse the business situation and translate into resource and competence need
  • Drive the critical capabilities project in collaboration with HR and domain experts (HR Workforce Planning)
