Chief Product Officer

Main responsibilities & Key achievements: 

  • Responsible for the Innovation & Development division, including Software development teams, Product Owner, UX and Design. Interim responsible for inbound marketing
  • Grew and stabilised the Stockholm Dev team and built a in-house Dev team in Romania together with the HRBP
  • Implemented agile product management process with emphasis on discovery and feedback loop
  • Quantitative and qualitative market analysis including competition, willingness to pay and monetisation
  • Defining and iterating on our business model and pricing
  • First release of our SaaS product, an all-in-one professional tool for content moderation ( and on-boarding of our first clients: over 10 millions jobs going through implio already

  • Responsible for the revenue, retention and gross margin for Besedo's largest account, a classified site in Germany (Yearly revenue: 6 million euros)
  • Developing relationship with the client focusing on their success
  • Contract re-negotiation: secured contract and revenue for 2 more years
  • Up-sales: sold an additional service (Phone support & insights reports on users' feedbacks about the client product)

Chief Operating Officer

Besedo, Stockholm

Main responsibilities & Key achievements:

  • Overall responsible for Besedo global operations. The operational workforce, close to 500 employees, is distributed in 5 centres
  • Set-up and implemented the "Operational Effectiveness Program", a change program leading to an increased efficiency with 30% globally and resulting in an increase of 4.2% in gross margin
    • Implementing a performance management process
    • Introducing the role of business analyst and working together with the software development team to develop and improve tools increasing efficiency while maintaining quality (QA tool, Besedo Assisting Reviewing Tool, post-moderation tool...)
    • Coach the ops leaders for improved behaviours and results follow-up, developing solutions for short term and long term results, delivering feedbacks & coaching. Worked closely with an organisational behaviour coach: 
    • Improving the recruitment process in collaboration with HR, taking a data informed approach, utilising tests such as Cubiks and competence-based interview
  • Improved global service fulfillments KPIs from 76% to 84%

As part of the Management team, I participated in the work to re-define our vision, mission and values as well as as the strategy for the company. Close support to the CEO throughout Besedo's reorganisation from services to product focus.

  • Setting and implementing tactical headcount plans for Ericsson's global service delivery workforce (80 000 employees) to reach financial and related operational targets, with the aim of having the right number of resources at the right time and place, with the right competence

  • Lead, coach and develop the service delivery organisation: local Operations managers, Workforce Optimisation manager, Quality manager and Implementation manager (c.a. 15 clients and 500 employees)
  • Monitor and follow up operational and financial KPIs & Drive short term improvement plans when necessary as well as process improvement to reach agreed targets
  • Secure reporting, internal and toward clients. 
Ensure that all contractual deliveries are fulfilled toward the clientts
  • Ensure that best practices and lessons learnt are shared across the assignments/centres for consistent improvement

Being an industry expert in the field of User Generated Content and working with planning and operations, I have been, during my time in Besedo, a key enabler for client retention and new sales:

  • Meet prospects and conduct discussions providing operational and industry expertise

  • Design of accurately scoped offers to solve prospects' problems and generate profitable business
  • Point of contact for operational escalations for all clients, securing actions to take and client retention
  • Cooperate with sales and implement a process to accurately and timely give input on offers in term of SLA and staffing requirement as well as cost and margin calculation

Personal interests

I love reading, both for self-development, and for pleasure. I like to relax by dancing at home and playing music. I play violin and I am learning piano together with my 6 years-old daughter. I grew up with sports as a passion and I am still training regularly, although I swapped the hard-core gymnastics for lighter trainings. I enjoy meeting friends and family, and having long Sunday meals.
