Supervised agencies' performance and management regarding annual negotiations, conceptualization of brand campaigns(ATL/BTL), media planning, innovative packaging development. Managed and accountable for an annual brand support expenditure budget of +40m in Germany. Built strong brands through innovative marketing strategies in established end-markets. I.e. boosted company sales by transferring Pall Mall into the 2nd largest German brand(previous 5th) through: Introducing a well defined brand strategy based on solid research(i.e. AC Nielsen, GCS), Creating and implementing a new modernized ATL/BTL campaign(increased brand/ad awareness significantly), Developing and launching innovative new products(i.e. Stix Tabak, Quix). Identified approx. 15m unforeseen annual savings through SKU rationalization, migration and product cost efficiency by driving BAT's International Fine Cut Portfolio Strategy,. Prepared the Market entry strategies for Kent and Lucky Strike in Algeria, Morocco and Tunis.
