With my team (40 persons), two objectives:
1/ To reingineer the admin and accounting processes
2/ To define and implement the ERP (Oracle R12)
with a specific focus on Credit Management.
The biggest success of the team was to achieve a transversal way of working, which was quite new through-out the Group, at an international level.
-> i.e. ready to answer the need of Company aiming to boost its admin performances in close relationship wth the operations
