With my team (40 persons), two objectives:
1/ To reingineer the admin and accounting processes
2/ To define and implement the ERP (Oracle R12)
with a specific focus on Credit Management.
The biggest success of the team was to achieve a transversal way of working, which was quite new through-out the Group, at an international level.
-> i.e. ready to answer the need of Company aiming to boost its admin performances in close relationship wth the operations
A core management experience around pro-active controlling.
Specific focus on:
1. Internal Control SOX;
2. Reportings (organization and analysis of budget, monthly reports and consolidation);
3. Information Systems ERP;
4. Rationalization of organizations and implementation of lean procedures
5. Completion of acquisitions and subsidiaries integrations
+ 3 years expatriation in Austria (Vienna)
-> i.e. ready to anwer the need of a Company which needs to reorgnize its Financial Department toward excellence trhough-out all Countries
A first experience as a manager:
1/ Head of Customer Warranty Service, with a team of 8 persons: to manage the control and payment of the warranty repairs to the Dealers ; to conduct the reengineering of the IS and workflow process, in relationship with the Munich Team
2/ Internal audit: to audit the Dealers about the accuracy of the warranty cases presented to BMW
3/ Head of Dealer’s business management: internal consulting in finance and operations to support and advise the BMW dealers
