My name is Jeandy. I am a Registered Nurse. I have chosen not to practice my profession for personal reasons. I have worked in the BPO industry for a total of 3 years and 9 months. I am very well exposed and fluent in speaking and writing the English language.
I had relevant experience for 1.5 years with a Sales account, Fingerhut. In that time frame, I was able to master their product. As a result, I was promoted as an Associate Product Trainer. I handled classes that consisted 25 students per class and endorsed all in operations. This gave me the opportunity to develop and strengthen my communication, grammar/writing, teaching, rapport-building, evaluation, and leadership skills.
I maximized these qualities and skills when I became a Customer Service Representative for Microsoft Store for another 2 years and 9 months with the BPO company, Convergys Phils Inc. Specifically involved in the Post Sales Quadrant/Support. I was recognized and awarded Top Agent in Balance Scorecard for delivering high-energy, trained and developed, issue resolution-oriented customer service.
I have strong social and interpersonal skills that help me in dealing with customers and clients easily. I focus in delivering quality and timely resolutions. I am young and very much eager to enhance my work experience.
