  • Incorporation to General Management of the company and direct reporting to CEO.
  • Launch Fashion Warehouses in Barcelona, Bilbao, Seville and Valencia for the international fashion brands CORTEFIEL & SPRINGFIELD and in Madrid for HUGO BOSS.
  • Management of 35/40 employees.
Achievements:
  • High Quality Services surpassed and confirmed by the customers.
  • Reduce stock-out to allow customer’s growth.
  • Accounting report for each warehouse and by activity.
  • Handling/Inventory/Order Taking and distribution for more than 2.5 million SKU garments per year (25.000 active SKU’s per warehouse).

  • Management of both offices with a staff of 20 persons
  • Increase road cargo activity; Lluch Transportir became Marmedsa’s haulier.
Achievements:
  • Launch and full growth of a weekly direct service for consolidated freight to UK.
  • Improve sales action to build up this regular traffic with very good profitable results after 6 months.
  • Setting-up working systems and processes to control and follow sales activities.
  • Boost Sea freight activity.
  • Staff hiring to organise the different departments and to motivate the rest of the team.
