Worked with teams to plan maintenance for 4 lines. I was responsible to get all work planned & scheduled with teams, shop, construction and outside vendors. I worked with excel, word and SAP as a part of my daily work. I had to be aware of costs with work to be done as well as skill in area to perform work. Parts had to be in house and available in time for work. I had to make sure all work done by construction and outside vendors was completed and then confirm payment for tasks.
I held weekly meetings with the team leaders to review/discuss any issues or changes that needed to happen to ensure a successful maintenance downtime.
