In 2005, I was asked to take on the responsibility of forming what is now known as Region 52.

During the next two years, I was Director of Recruiting for both Medical and Dental specialties and sub-specialties and, in fact, received “Recruiter of the Year” in 2006, filling an average of 430 days while also acting as lead Account Representative filling an average of 250 days.While maintaining this high level of production in both roles, I also acted as Regional Vice President responsible for all operations, personnel hiring and development, and the accelerated growth of this new specialty.
