I served in a leadership role by defining the web presence and launch of this business. In the end, we realized the merchandise offer was very limited and no longer warranted a sophisticated web approach and instead supported a simpler print catalog/brochure for launch. With Carbon Label Now, I partnered and established a local non-profit with the mission to stop the greenhouse emissions that threaten our planet’s environment. Our goal is to lift consumer awareness about their role in seeking out products with carbon labels and ultimately influence the company supply chains to reduce global greenhouse gas emissions.
Directed the online feature development and planning for Sephora.com that continuously exceeded site performance objectives and client success metrics. Led cross-functional planning and product management team to prioritize new development and deploy new releases along daily maintenance of the $200+M site.
