I was responsible for the policies of stocks on purchased materials and for the inventory management. We developed together with the Vanzolini’s Foundation a tool for suggestion of planning policies increasing the inventory turns.

I was responsible for the group that performs the analysis, review, update, maintenance and implementation of policies for management of materials (Safety Stock, Economic Order Quantity, Reorder Point, Maximum and Minimum inventory levels, Lead Times, Lot Size).
